Small actions.
Better life.
Choose what you want to improve. Lifora turns it into a few tiny daily actions and reminds you at the moment you are most likely to do them.
How it works
1. Tell Lifora what matters
Pick from ten areas — sleep, movement, energy, skin, focus and others — and answer a few short questions about your day. Every question is skippable.
2. Get a handful of small things
Three to seven specific actions, placed around your real schedule. Drink a glass of water. Walk for two minutes. Start winding down. Each one takes a couple of minutes and you know when you are done.
3. Lifora learns when you actually act
Completing something at 11am and ignoring it at 8am tells Lifora something useful. Over time your reminders move to when you are likely to say yes — and away from when you are not.
What Lifora is not
Lifora is a wellness app. It does not diagnose anything, it is not a medical service, and it is not a replacement for professional advice. It will not ask you to count calories, log meals, or look at a dashboard of numbers.
Your health data is never used for advertising
This is not a policy we intend to keep — it is how the system is built. Sponsored content is chosen by country, language and which screen you are on. Your goals, your plan and what you complete are held in a separate part of the system that the advertising code cannot reach.
Lifora Free and Lifora Plus
Free is meant to be used indefinitely: three actions a day, two active goals, reminders, and a weekly summary. Plus adds more daily actions, unlimited goals, reminders timed around when you actually act, personalised weekly insights, and no sponsored content.
