Lifora

Terms of Service

Last updated 17 September 2026.

These terms apply when you use Lifora. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.

The part that matters most

Lifora is a wellness app. It suggests small everyday habits. It does not diagnose anything, it does not treat anything, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or another health professional. If something about your health concerns you, speak to one.

Who provides Lifora

Lifora is operated by BMKS. You can reach us at support@bmks.co.uk.

Using Lifora

You must be at least 16 to use Lifora. You can use it without creating a named account; if you add an email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it.

Please do not:

Health and safety

Lifora's suggestions are general wellness habits, chosen from a human-reviewed library and intended to be safe for a general adult population. They are not personalised medical advice and they do not take account of any condition you may have.

Use your own judgement. If an action does not feel right for you, skip it — skipping teaches Lifora not to suggest it again. Stop and seek medical advice if you feel unwell.

If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or illness, or managing a medical condition, talk to a health professional before changing what you do on the strength of an app's suggestion.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services. Lifora is not monitored and cannot help.

Lifora Free and Lifora Plus

Lifora Free is free to use for as long as you want it. It includes a daily plan, reminders, a weekly summary, and may show clearly labelled sponsored content.

Lifora Plus is a paid subscription. It adds more daily actions, unlimited goals, reminders timed around when you actually act, personalised weekly insights, higher limits in Coach and Right Now, and removes sponsored content.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Lifora Plus is sold through the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you installed the app. The price is shown in your own currency before you buy.

If a subscription payment fails, your access continues through any grace or retry period the store allows, rather than stopping immediately.

Changing or ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. That removes your data permanently and immediately, and it cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — do that in your store settings.

We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or break these terms. If we do, we will tell you why where we reasonably can.

Availability

We try to keep Lifora working, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. Reminders are scheduled on your device, so they continue to work even when our servers do not.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows: Lifora is provided as it is; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights you have under the law where you live. Nothing here takes those away.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms meaningfully we will tell you in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use Lifora afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your own country.
